Mariner of the Seas

Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas launched in November 2003 and is the fifth and final ship of the revolutionary five ship Voyager class. When these large, impressive ships were launched they were the biggest cruise ships afloat but have now been surpassed by the recent Icon class at almost double the size. Despite this – Mariner of the Seas is 1020 feet long at 138,279 tonnes and accommodates 3114 passengers at double occupancy over 15 passenger decks. Cadiz stands on a peninsula jutting out into a bay and is almost entirely surrounded by water. The Phoencians founded Cadiz as a trading post in 1100 BC and it became a thriving Roman port.
