The Port of Zeebrugge (also referred to as the Port of Bruges) is a major European port in the municipality of Bruges, West Flanders in the Flemish Region of Belgium, handling over 50 million tonnes of cargo annually. The port features convenient shuttle and tram connections to nearby attractions like Bruges, Knokke Beach, and a local chocolate factory. Free and affordable shuttles make it easy to explore, and you’ll also find unique experiences like wine and oyster tasting or a lively bar on wheels nearby. Geiranger Fjord

Geiranger Fjord is a UNESCO World Heritage Site - it is nine miles long and is the most photographed of fjord of them all. This fjord is surrounded by the steepest mountains on the entire west coast, it is very narrow and has foaming waterfalls (Seven Sisters and Suitor) which plunge into the fjord from jagged peaks. A fjord is formed when a glacier cuts a U-shaped valley in the surrounding bedrock and most fjords are deeper than the adjacent sea; Sognefjord, Norway, reaches as much as 1,300metres (4,265 ft) below sea level.

Tromso

Honningsvag

Honningsvag is situated on the Northern edge of Norways Coast 876 miles away from Oslo and 442 miles inside the arctic Circle. This is Europe’s most northerly city where visitors can witness the midnight sun which shines here for seventy seven nights of the year. From late May to late July, the sun never completely descends beneath the horizon in these areas north of the Arctic Circle (hence Norway's description as the "Land of the Midnight Sun") and the rest of the country experiences up to twenty hours of daylight per day. Approximate dates when you can see the midnight sun:  14 May - 29 July. Conversely in the witer months experience the polar night when the sun never really breaches the Horizon giving almost 24 hours of darkness and a wonderful opportunity to witness the Aurora Borealis.

Trondheim

Trondheim is the third largest city in Norway and lies on the south shore of the Trondheim form at the mouth of the River Nidelva. Alesund

Olden

Olden is a peaceful village situated at the end of one of Nordfjord’s arms. Here a lake in the valley has been turned a rich deep green created by the minerals pouring down from the Briksdal Glacier where giant waterfalls make the views spectacular.

The exciting Haugesund region extends from the open sea in the west to the fjord and mountain landscape in the east. A host of nature-based adventures await those who want to experience the contrasts in the fantastic scenery of Western Norway. You can walk in the footsteps of the Vikings, visit the islands of Rovaer and Utsira, and see perpendicular mountains. Definitely worth a visit is the  Langfoss waterfall in the breathtaking Akfrafjord - with a height of 612 metres, Langfoss is one of Norway's 5 highest waterfalls.

Bergen

The west coast of Norway is home to the Fjords and Bergen is the gateway to Fjordland. Bergen was founded in 1070 and was originally a Viking settlement - the best known historic site is Bryggen which is a collection of 11th century wooden buildings built along the harbour front.
