Celebrity Equinox
Celebrity Equinox was the second ship to be launched for the Solstice fleet of 5 ships - entering service in August 2009. The USP at the time was the lawn club on the top deck with a glass blowing studio and a real grass for outdoor activities afloat with a difference. This 122,000 tonne ship accommodates 2852 passengers over 14 passenger decks and features 3 swimming pools (one indoor in a solarium) and 12 restaurants.
The Celebrity Equinox most recently underwent an extensive refurbishment in May 2019, as part of Celebrity Cruises’ "Millennium and Solstice-class" upgrade initiative.
