Norwegian Star

This 91,740 tonne ship was launched in 2001 and revitalised in 2018 under the extensive Norwegian Edge ship upgrade programme. Norwegian Star can accommodate just 2348 passengers and shares the same class as her sister ship – Norwegian Dawn. This smaller sized ship packs in an amazing range of dining and entertainment activities. There are 15 dining options to choose from, let your hair down in one or more of the10 bars and lounges on board and relax in the excellent spa with its large thermal hydro-therapy pool.

Le Havre

Le Havre, located on France`s Normandy coast, is a vibrant port city known for its modern architecture, maritime heritage and easy access to iconic regional landmarks. A UNESCO‑listed destination, Le Havre showcases striking post‑war designs by Auguste Perret, wide boulevards, cultural museums and a lively waterfront.

La Coruna

La Coruna is the capital of Galicia with lots of scenic and historic interest points. Visit the Tower or Hercules - the world's oldest functioning lighthouse - built by the Romans. Admire the coastal views from Monte San Pedro and have fun in the maze or visit Cabo Finistere (the end of the earth) and the western most point in Europe. Plaza de Maria Pita marks the historic centre of La Coruna featuring interesting architecture just a short walk from the cruise terminal.

Opporto

Oporto, often referred to as Porto, is one of Portugal’s most atmospheric coastal cities, known for its riverside views, historic architecture and world‑famous port wine. Cruise ships typically dock at Leixões Cruise Terminal, located around 8 km from Porto city centre, with a travel time of approximately 20–30 minutes by taxi or shuttle. Once in Porto, visitors can explore the colourful waterfront of Ribeira, stroll across the impressive Dom Luís I Bridge, and enjoy tastings in the traditional port wine cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia.

The city also features standout attractions such as the Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, and the grand São Bento railway station with its iconic azulejo tiles. With charming streets, scenic river views and rich culture, Porto offers a rewarding day of sightseeing and flavourful experiences.

Ponta Delgada (Azores)

Ponta Delgada is the capital of the largest island called San Miguel in a chain of nine volcanic islands stretching over 370 miles - situated 550 miles northwest of Madeira and 1196 miles southeast of Newfoundland. The Azores sit on the junction for the Eurasian , North American and African plates are home to some of the tallest mountains in the world when measured from their base on the ocean floor. The scenery is as diverse as the history with lots of volcanoes, calderas, craters, caves and lava fields; the rural beauty spot of Sete Citades is a must see as are the hot springs and botanical gardens in Furnes. The Azores were colonized by the Portugese in the mid 15th century and were captured by the Spanish from 1583 to 1642. The Azores became an important Allied air and naval base during World War II and were instrumental in the Battle of the Atlantic helping to protect Convoys from U-Boat attack. As a result the Military museum situated in a walled fortress is supremely fascinating.

Great Stirrup Cay (Bahamas)

A day to spend on the beach sinking your toes in to the sand and enjoying a free beach BBQ courtesy of Norwegian Cruise Line on their private island. Perhaps try an exhilarating zip-wire experience, the jet skis or a selection of water sports.

Disembark the ship after breakfast and make your way to the nearby Miami South Beach area for an overnight hotel stay.

Miami

Ocean Drive on Miami South Beach is the main beach drag in the heart of the neon-lit area lined with bars and restaurants where the tanned and toned rub shoulders with the diners, drinkers, sunbathers and swimmers. This is party central with everything contained in one area. Perhaps have dinner in the Versace mansion, go shopping in one of the huge shopping malls of Miami such as Port Aventura Mall and Biscayne Bay; or simply relax on the beach.

Make your way to the nearby Miami International Airport for your overnight flight home.
